"She" left a voice message stating she was calling on behalf of the Dept of the US Treasury.  "Brittana Scott, from the Dept of the U S Treasury with an official final notice from the US Treasury. The nature & purpose of this call is to inform you we have received a legal petition notice concerning a tax sought against you. Before the matter goes to federal claims court or you are arrested, please call their division hot line number."
