It is quite unusual to see two phone numbers pop on a caller ID. I have tried to block their number, are they some form of bill collector or telemarketer?

when i answered, the phone sounded like i was trying to place a call and was ringing someone else.

Just got a call from them to on a business line. Would like to know if anyone has an idea who they are
