The name on my caller i.d. was V33117205400194. I think I saw on another 800notes page that a V is for Voip, but I'm not sure what that means. I do know that it is not a legitimate call, so I didn't answer it and blocked it with my Phone Tray Pro. The number on the  caller i.d. was  214-275-9522. That's a Dallas area code. I'll check back later to see if there are any other reports on this #.

Thanks for the info, people. Each day I become more and more convinced that legit callers have legitimate caller id's.that actually tell you who they are. The rest of the calllers are likely scammers or telemarketers. I block them without hesitation and don't think i have ever missed an important call.
