Same thing happened to us. We are a small business and we don't need unwanted solicitors tying up our line. Comes up on caller ID as "Texas Call" but they hang up when we answer.

Yep! The exact same thing happened to me. I asked, "Hello?" and nobody responded and after 10 seconds they hung up. Very odd and concerning.
