Caller from this number claimed to be from at&t fraud dept. and that they were calling to alert me that many 900 calls were made from my phone and that my bill is very high. When I called back I just get a recording telling me to enter my pin#.

And you know not to enter your pin#, right? The real ATT will use a toll-free number and not a toll number so this is likely a scam.
