Received this call from a bank or Vantage?? credit union about my debit card being deactivated. Have never done business with them.

Robocall claiming to be from the Prince George's County Credit Union. Informed me that my debit card had been deactivated and I needed to contact them to rectify.
The same call came in 2x in a row from 202-551-1120 late at night.
