No one on the line, continually rings until someone answers then a click as whoever on the other end hangs up, various times of the day, several times a day. I've filed a complaint with the do not call registry. Have no idea who this is, but from previous post I'm reading on here I have no wish to know who it is, just want the annoying calls to stop.

I called this number back and the message is, "Your Privacy Manager Service displays this number when a caller as recorded their name.  There is no one at this number to answer calls.  Thank you.  Goodbye."  

This number appeared when I was trying to setup call forwarding to my number that has a call screening feature.  The number I was calling from (Skype) appears as "Unknown" and I had to press 1 to record my name.  

So, this number is not the number of a sick pervert.  It is the number for the Dallas area privacy manager service.  Granted that some people are receiving prank calls from a blocked number but not all the calls are from the same/some pervert posted above.

Calls yesterday and today it said to see who calling press 1 to be taken off calling list press 4 I did and they called again #214-220-3821

I got a call at 11:00 PM on 11/1/08.
No message left but I hve read all these comments left about the ph number and I will be on guard.
I live next to my big bother and father in a duplex we share so if this dumb [***] even tries to mess with me or my daugters he will get shot!
