I too have recieved a message to call 855-541-2795 with file # 00936-600 asking for someone who has never had this number. they have called so many times that i looked the person up ONLINE call her not me!!! 210-385-5919 SA number!
They are also calling from another number same message same return number and file number to call other number 208-904-52659. Again the person you are asking for is ONLINE harrass her not me.

I don't have any information as  to why NCO Financial has my phone number or why they are phoning me.

It they want to contact me then they can contact me on the internet.
