check the tfaa tv program . Tucker Albin and assoc got sued by the State of Min last July. They settled THE COMPLAINt FOR HALF A mIL, 130K DOWN AND 10K PER month for 12 months on over 120 violations. Steve Mcwhorter who works there fabricated a story about a collector Scott King whose real name is GRADY Duffy who is a convicted Felon for robbery and breaking into hOUSES. And u wanna talk to this guy about paying A BILL.. . Tucker Albin and Assoc has been under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission for quite some time now. Someday , hopefully soon, they will be shut down forever. and the Owner Alan Humphris will have to sell his White Ferarri and buy a VW. and Maybe the tiny Vp Nick Siatka could get his next collector job on a newspaper route. Their Sales Force lead by a guy by the name of Nolan are even Worse. Beware of these crooks.......

Detective/Private investigator "Tray Davis" calling on behalf of John Thomas at Ranger. Later found out it was Ranger financial (credit collections). Several vailed threats.

Man calling from this number called my wife several obscene and derogatory names and threatened to take illegal action against clients of her boss. A woman also calls from this number and while not as vile as the man, is still antagonistic and condescending in her comments.

This is a highly unprofessional company. They have called our office on numerous occasions with inappropriate language, obscenities, and a condescending tone of voice. It is only a credit collector probably operating out of a trailer somewhere. The woman's name is Susan Starr and she is rancid and threatening. I do hope someone does something about them.

They kept contacting me about a debt that didn't even belong to me. They started calling my neighbors, called my wife in the hospital (she was having a baby), and even called my childrens grade school asking them to contact her. That is what crossed the line. I have since filed investigations against their entire company with attorney generals, fbi, etc etc. I am going to further file criminal charges against them, as I have kept perfect records of the continual threats and calls, even after explicit demands for arrest of the calls. I will teach thenm a lesson, and would like to encourage anyone else getting harassed by these pople to do the same. They are out of Texas, and the Attorney General there will accept a simple e-mail to start investigative procedures.

You are correct on all your info here. Our investigators have found them in Richardson, Tx, I believe its a suburb of Dallas. The tactics are the most crude in the business. Childish and unethical! They provided false information on a company that owed us $2k. The false info is to get you mad and scared. When I called the company that owed us he said that he would pay and it was an oversight and that they had no problems of operations and that he was certainly is good shape. We have found this to be slander. Ted Johnson was a contact there, but I think this is a fake name as well. Never do business with a company that calls with the number blocked, its blocked for a reason. Good luck to others.
