I have been getting calls 3-5 times a day for the past week from the following very sketchy numbers:

2139999999 and 8019430000

I have received 3 to 4 calls a day from this number.  I don't pick up the phone, and they never leave a message. It is truly annoying.  How do we report this.

Getting calls from this number. Found that it's T & L LEASING(LAI). I have no idea who they are and why they are calling my number.

T&L Leasing appears to be a faked number used on caller ID.  There are NO area codes that use the phone number 999-9999; it's just one of those that are never issued.
We have received several calls from people using that number on their caller ID, either asking us for information on our network to updat their 'database' - just say no! or wanting to sell us toner supplies.  They offer to send free samples then bill you an outragious amount hoping your accounting department will simply pay the invoice.  When I tell them to send us a price list and company info so we can put them on the approved vendors list they just hang up.
Yup, it appears to be a total scam.
