I'm starting to  get calls from this number, always in Spanish.  I quit answering, but how can you block it?  Call blocking only allows someone to block a call from a local number.

I see a lot of complaints but no answers to this problem. I am getting these calls too.......I told them to *uck off, but they call anyway. Every day. I really don't think reporting a non existent phone # is going to help anyone. I just hang up immediately when I see the CID # on screen.
No hello? No anything, just hang up on them. This could be an expensive scam to someone. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Calls at all hours of the day.  Leave no message on my answering machine and I refuse to pick up the phone since I don't know who these people are.

We've been getting calls from these people for several MONTHS now!!! Sometimes 2x per day, other times once or twice per week.  They say the same as everyone is reporting, "Hola, Buenos Dias...".  I've tried speaking in (very poor broken spanish) making threats about la policia...but apparently it's useless.  My wife was once harassed by the guy on the other end who kept saying, "Please speak Spanish!".

I keep meaning to call the phone company to find out what, if anything, it costs to turn on call tracing (I forget the *## option...maybe *47 or something).  I'm pretty sure if it's a nominal fee, it would be worth setting this up as I'm SURE they would get snagged w/i a week.  Does anyone here know if there is a cost associated w/ that service AND if it is still useful when the number is being spoofed?

I don't understand how this is still legal for people to do...as it is completely out of control.  We also get, on average, about 5-10 other random spoofed calls from companies every month trying to sell sh*t and or 'lower your credit card interest/payments'.  I know the Truth in Caller-ID Act of 2007 makes it illegal for telemarketers to spoof their numbers...but how do they EVER expect it to stop when they still allow companies to offer caller-id spoofing services for 'legal spoofing'?  I, for one, think that the ONLY people who should be allowed to legally have ANYTHING to do spoofing caller-id numbers are law enforcement.

Ok, my rant is done, I'm going to go watch Jason get kicked off of American Idol now :-)
