I just received a phone call from this number saying they were pre-trail processing when they answered the phone clamming that I owed them $1060 but they would work out a deal with me for $700. if not that id be taken to court. is this a scam? and did any one get a call from this number? If you could help me out thank you.

Scam --YES!!!   You are not warned in advance if a summons is coming,  Cutting your amount due by almost half so the problem will go away??  Not in the legal world.

This is a scam using MANY different numbers but the line is always the same.  If in doubt, contact your local civil court.

Got a call at work asking for someone I didn't know, then a few minutes later they called my cell asking for the same person....weird.

someone called me said I owe money from loan company. they want me to made the payment immediate or get a lawsuit. they gave me an offer if I can come up payment right away. it will be reduce down to $700 from one thousand something.

sight! I don't think I owe any loan company. I told them go ahead bring me to the court
