Foreign Caller has called several times. Claims that he is representing a law firm about to download a file for prosecution on a fraud claim. Wants $500 dollars. I asked which company was he on retainer by, he gave me an online check advance company. Called the company and I filed a fraud claim with them since I have never had any business with them. I just about fell for the gig when I caught on. I told him to not call me back and that if he had to proceed with legal matter go right on ahead. I have since received at least 2 calls a day since from this number.

I am getting calls four and five times a day on my BUSINESS LINE.  These calls are recorded.  The caller has my social security number and my checking account number.  How he received this information is beyond me.  I have since closed all accounts and reported my social security number being taken.  All calls coming in, including this is now RECORDED.

Same thing has been happening to me. The caller has the last four digits of my social security number and even threatened me saying that if I didn't return his calls I would be "in big damn trouble"! The nerve of who ever he is threatening me!

Same thing happened to me.  I have filed complaints with the FCC, FTC, the MN Atty. General's Office and the BBB.  Since they have my SS#, I have also filed a fraud notice with the 3 major credit bureaus.  If you haven't done so, please do asap.  I've also noticed on this site and others referencing the 213# that all the calls are to business phones.  I'm wondering if my new business phone service providers records were hacked.  I use Comcast.

This is a man with an Chinese or Indian accent calling my relatives telling them I am commiting fraud and they will be charged too.  They wan either myself or my cousin to call back to avoid legal troubles.  I do not know who these fools are. Tried to call. Only got answerting machine.
