I just received a call from this unknown number this morning. They left a voicemail, but it was only 2 seconds long with no message.

Got a call from this number that I missed. I called back a couple of days later. A recording said "The survey you were called about has now finished." I do get calls sometimes from local firms conducting public surveys about products and also movies, so I think this may be "legit" (i.e. not selling anything). Whether or not one wants to answer survey questions is another matter!
