phone call started with recorded greeting  My name is_______ Can you hear me ok?

The owner really is not important, Karen. The only thing that really matters is whether or not to answer the call, and this one is not.

The sad fact is in the world today if you answer a call from a # you don't recognize and there is no name on the CID to assist you then chances are near 100% the caller is a criminal / scammer.

This criminal / scammer rang twice on my DNC listed #. no message left. Only criminals / Scammers refuse to leave a message. Real businesses / people leave a message so they get call backs. Criminals / Scammers can not do that because then law enforcement would find them easier.
