This sounded like call center will people that did not speak good english. Calling to ask me if I wanted a loan. Very annoying.

This person keeps calling wont leave messages and when I do answer it I can't understand him says he wants to give me money for a "surgery" that I have had....I have NEVER had any surgeries and when I ask where he is calling from again he just says the "government" really cause I can't understand a word he says and a lot of background noises.
