I get numerous calls from 213-965-3964. It is not aq good number.I get calls on my cell phone and home phone.It is very annoying.Can something be done?

Said I was randomly selected for a US Grant Money of because I am not behind on my taxes..
Wanted me to give him my bank account number or checking account number.. could hardly understand his think accent .. I ask for a call back number said he could not give it to me until I provided the account # .. he new my name and address..

This number called my cell phone today asking for my husband, when I told them it was his wife's number and asked to take a message they hung up.

Same thing happened to me until I said if this is scan and asking for a credit card then and the guy hanged up
