I'm from Arkansas... I agree, if it was legitimate IRS problem, it would be sent through the mail, not a robot call! I didn't call back, but I don't have the insurances mentioned above. I got the same message the others got about IRS legal action against me. I googled the phone number. It's on 4th street and there's no federal buildings in the area!
