I received a call from a foreign speaking male stating that he represents the Law Office of William & Scott Associates informing me that proceedings will take place tomorrow August 31, 2010 to supeona and prosecute me from charges brought againist me from numerious payday companies named Payday One, Wuick Payday, etc. I need to know if this is a legitimate organization and how can I stop these calls from coming if it is not legitimate.

(213) 928-3066 - Indian accent.  Calling my work and cell phone.  Saying I better call or they will wish me luck as things fall down upon me.  I heard this was hoax.  I applied for a payday loan with USCashNet.  Repaid the loan the same month.  Since then I have received these harassing phone calls.  How can I stop them?

Received a call (no company name) who said they have three major charges against me, and that law enforcement would be descending upon my home and work addresses tomorrow.  The man who called identified himself as Alan Watson, but had a very pronounced accent (sounded more Far Eastern than Indian).  I said I was calling the State Attorney to report this scam; at that point he hung up.
