This number called me and I did not answer. Then a foreign female left me a unusual message stating that if I didn't return the call that all she could do I'd wish me good luck for the situation that is about to unfold. She didn't leave a name for the company. She only said my lawyer or myself should contact her. I'm very confused and was wondering why any company would feel the need to omit info and leave faint threats on a voicemail? I refuse to return the call since she said what she said seem very con-like.

I received a call at work this morning. I asked them who they were, and they were vague, something about a payday loan I never took out. I told them to call my cell later in the day, and to never call my work number again. They called my cell and I was told I would be arrested upon my arrival at work tomorrow, that I had taken out a payday loan and there were criminal charges and I was going to jail. They could not tell me the original creditor's name, or the amount, or when this was supposed to have occurred. I believe this is a scam. If they are a legitimate collection agency, they know they cannot make the threats they are making legally. This is absurd!!!
