they keep callen saying if i dont pay i will go to jail

his name was "DANIEL JACKSON" he called my home threatening with court expenses, arrest losing my social security everything also losing my job. i called the local police dept and reported it to them. the officer was wonderful and told me to come to this site. he said DO NOT!!!!!!! send any information or money to this person or persons.  he is "INDIAN accented, beware!!!!!

I got a call from this number talking about i got a lawsue from some company. They arresme day and night.

These people have been calling me. Today was the latest call and they left the same "unfolding" message. I called the number back and got a Magic Jack Voice Mail! They then called me back and said it was regarding Credit Card Fraud, Internet Fraud, etc., and I could settle the $5000 for $300 today over the phone. At first, they were a collection agency and then toward the end of the conversation, "John Hudson" told me he was with Social Security! I told them to send me the papers with all the information and my attorney would look at it and then we would settle it.
Well, I decided to call my attorney and give him their number. He called and was HUNG UP ON by "John Hudson" and then another gentleman called my Attorney back on another line, his name was "Max Clinton." I have a feeling that he called back to find out if it was really an Attorney's Office! As soon as my he found out it was my Attorney, he HUNG UP ALSO!
I hate to think how many people may have possibly fallen for this SCAM - especially elderly people.
IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THEM, HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY CALL THEM BACK DIRECT! IT TOTALLY FREAKS THEM OUT!

those guy also Speak Gujarati( Indian Languge). They use bad work .look like they magic phone jack phone line. They speak bad word with my wife.
