Received 2 calls (so far) today- and its Memorial Day?!?!  So thankful for this website so I could get the answer!  Exact same situation with same Indian man and threats about legal matters left on my cell phone and if I didnt call him back it would become a "legal mess" with the govt.  I did not call him back bc I looked up the number and found your website. Thank you everybody!!!

I just received the same phone call, I was working so I wasn't able to answer. However they did not leave a message

same story as others on here, 6 calls from them today, threatening me with legal action, when i called back, 4 times, they couldnt figure out who i was by my num. wich doesnt make sence! all theese complaints, how can they still b doing this? i think i like 1 persons sugg. to keep calling them back, to harrass them. im also filing complaint with ftc.

They are still at it and still using this LA based number. Second verse same as the first. The threat was repeated three times on my voice mail with in one call. I reported to US Treasury and FTC.

I received 2 calls from these guys.  Same story as all the other posts on this website.  The man calling has a heavy accent and said that I owe taxes and that a federal agent will be at my door in minutes to arrest me.  I can't imagine who is falling for this scam.  It bothers me that he has called me twice.  

The first time he called, he left a message and I called him back.  The person that answered was not in on the scam and only answered the phone with a tentative hello.

Is anyone falling for this guy?  How is it that he can continue to bother people.  Which authorities can we contact to have him stopped?
