Unknown caller says he has been trying to serve me papers and no one will sign. Call back right away. Does not leave name

same here, got a call to my work phone telling me I missed court and have to call within 2 hours to avoid a warrant.

Caller showed up as 'Private Number', so I let my machine answer it.  Caller left a message for 'Albert McCain' (someone that has never lived here), with instructions that he needed to call 'the company that has enlisted our services' at 213-915-4696 within two hours in regards to delivery of some 'legal papers' that someone had 'declined to sign for on [Albert's] behalf.'  Left a 'case number' of 742-096-19PA, which I assume is to make the target think it's a legit call.

This just happened to me, too.  I called back and they had my SSN and birthday.  After doing some digging, the "law firm" they work on behalf of is a bunch of BS.  This is a scam.  Spread the word!
