It was just blank air. I hung up. I am on the Do Not Call List. We also don't ever receive calls on this phone except for the occasional telemarketer, so I was suspicious. Sure enough that's what it was.

Strong Indian accent said he was "John" - yeh, right - and I'm sure he has a brother "Winston" -  and from Microsoft and was I the main operator of the computer in my household. I said nothing and after several "Can you hear me? Can you hear me?" he hung up.

The American Companies have hired these scammers from India for high electronic technician jobs for cheap labor. These scammers use a computer program to create a incorrect identity and number, I got a call from this number, did not answer, if you block this number they will just call you with a new number, this is the reason the calls will never stop I am going to call microsoft and give them this number.
