Caller left message with my landlord claiming they were trying to get in touch with me in regards to a legal case. Which is not legal in itself. Claimed to be from Paul Stanley & Associates. Have no idea how they got my landlord's number can only assume from my address and public records. This is a total scam as I have no pending legal claims against me.

I also received a telephone call from 956-391-2890 saying that a Tanya Benson gave my name and telephone number for contact regarding a legal case. They asked me to have Tanya call 213-908-1983 and reference case #811901. I do not, nor have I ever known a Tanya Benson. I despise these attempts to trick people into giving their financial information. If you receive a similar call IGNORE IT. It is a scam.

This caller would not give me any information that I asked for except his name was Jason Fairey and he worked for Paul & Stanley Assoc. I told him he was full of crap and hung up on him.

They called my brother,  how they found out how number idk but they told him out was a legal issue out of TX but the number I called back was a CA number.

i had this to happen to me about a year ago . the scammer harness everyone in your family by calling countless times saying that they need you  to call them concerning a legal matter , when you call them they proceed to tell you that there has been a case against.. you have a bench warrant out for your arrest that  you committed bank fraud . explain that you took out a large loan online and once the money was deposited into your account you closed the account . then they have you on hold for a very long time . then come back and tell you that if you send them a certain amount of money they will be willing to settle with you and clear this legal matter up.the scammer has every bit of information about you somehow including personal . don't fall for it . it has happened to me again today . i would love to stop this from harping again . it aggravating to have your family called over something that is totaly false . the number 213 908 1983. is from a house in Boyton beach Florida . or was last year when i did a search on it .
