This number called, this morning, so I didn't pick up because i didn't know the number. The answering machine picked up and it was my daughter talking, so I answered, and then she said that her phone was buzzing and making funny noises, and I sounded like I was a million miles away in a tunnel, so she would call me back. She did call back and this time it was her phone number on the caller ID. Now how does that work? This has happened with her phone before, when she first moved in to this place a year ago. I don't understand how this can happen with someone's phone. Is this a hack job and someone has tapped into her phone and running up her phone bill?

Tonya your daughter was calling from a Voice Over Internet Protocal Phone.  Its not a hack or someone tapping, its poor network routing.

Someone called my home and asked for me. I said, may I ask whose calling:?  The woman hung up.
