Ring once and hung up. Ditto for 2157 8633 and 2151 1274. All on the same day! Any way to stop these callers?

I have also received this 21389321 single ring and hung up at 21:01hrs on 24-05-2011 Tuesday. Always made miss calls "Why So Irritating". Have to Investigate and Givernment have to Fine Up to HK$25,000/- up 50,000/ according to Public Disturbing Law. Because some times I am very busy in my Work.
