I have gotten calls from this number today as well. Tried calling back and got verbally attacked via text message. Claimed they never called my phone

Called with a recorded message "card member services, your interest rate is scheduled to increase, press 1 or call *some number I didn't write down* to discuss. Hung up and called the number back, no answer, got a text message response from the number calling me a bi*ch.

Called my cell phone.  Recorded message from Card Services.  The usual lower credit card interest rate scam to get your card numbers for fraud.  They appear to be spoofing a real person's number.
