I have actually spoken to these people.  They want to sell you their product which will save you money on your power bill.  I've looked into it - it doesn't.  I've told them this and asked them to stop calling repeatedly - they won't stop calling.  I've asked nicely, I've asked rudely, I've said no and hung up, I give up.  They are going to call every day until you buy their product or sue them.  And, yes, I am on the do not call list.

These people will not stop calling, after I have told them time and time again that this number is on the "no call registry,"  I have told them my number is unlisted, they still call.  I have asked to be removed from their list, they still call.  Very annoying and persistent [***]!!!

This number keeps comming up, I answer and no one there....  I am on a Do NOt Call list.  Why do they call and hang up...  
Somthing really needs to be done about these people....

I do get several calls weekly about my power bill....  I rent and I do not know why they keep calling...  This is harassment and it needs to stop....
