They want to rip you off then destroy your good credit rating. The best way to deal with this problem is to
ignore their calls. DO NOT PICK UP. They will go away after a few attempts to get your attention.

Received a message on my answering machine, no message on the 6th of Feb. 2016 at 404 PM from phone 213-784-7913, it would be great to put them out of commission permanently. No message was left.

We NEVER answer unknown calls - they are always scams.
Please purchase a call blocking phone (Panasonic) or device that can block entire area codes (D*gitone) - we have both.
Or, you could simply NOT answer these types of calls - ever!
