Called work couple times. Asked for employee. Did star 69. Guy just said hello, no name, so i hung up. They called back and  called me [***]. Called again and i said i have 15 employees. .give me name or i cant help. Argued a bit then finally said sorry. Very bad indian accent. Possibly bill collectors?

this number keeps calling my cell leavwes no message and does not call my home phone.

called my cell again . my wife answered the second time and yes he had a VERY BAD accent. when she said hello the man  asked for Robert Ruben when he was told repetedly there was no such person he got very nasty and insisted that there was.the signal on the phone was in and out and the man said something. She asked him to repeat and he asked to make a sound she said excuse me,he said make a sound like a elephant or a rhino. She told him if he ever called the cell again she was calling 911. He told her "I call you evey day all the time now". she then told him that she had his phone number and was calling the law. he said"I just joke with you" and she hung up. Called the law and I'm doing a tracking of the times they call in a week then call then law in los angeles were they are out of and they take it from there.
