Calls and no one is there when you answer.

Says " New Start Today" on the caller ID box.

The caller is Nextel Communications, INC.  Another pain in the butt telemarketer, no doubt!  How can we stop these company's from calling us?  They are calling my business phone number and it's getting worse!
