This is a con artist calling himself...at the present...Joseph or Joe Jones. Claims to be from SCE, the Gas Co, the Federal Govt, The IRS or any number of entities. He asks for personal information including SSN , Home title records, deathe or marriage records, bank statements or other information with the intention of defrading. THIS IS FRAUD.
