I receive numerous calls from this phone number on a weekly basis.  Yesterday someone left a smart remark on my answering machine.  When I tried to call this number back I can not connect to it.  I would like these calls to stop.  Who is behind these calls?  How do they have the right to call my unlisted number but are somehow protected from being contacted by me?

How do I get information on this phone number so that I may stop them from calling me.  I want the name of the company or party that continues to call from this number so that I may have the opportunity to speak with them.

CID: "Out of area", 6/14/12 at 2:32pm.  I didn't answer.  Didn't leave a message.
