This Law Firm " Rodgers AND GREENFIELD" ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I AM DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND HAVE BEEN FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS, I HAVE NEVER IN ALL MY EXPERIENCE DEALT WITH A MORE CHILDISH FIRM.
THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS WELL BEING ON FACE VALUE, BUT IT SEEMS THEY ARE FOCUSED ON THE GLAMOR OF TRYING TO BE "HOTSHOT" LAWYERS.
THEY SEND OUT DOCUMENTS THAT THEY SAY ARE "CEASE AND DESIST" ORDER WHEN IN REALITY THEY ARE SIMPLY PAPERS THEY HAVE CREATED ON WORD PROCESSOR AND NOT LEGAL DOCUMENTS AT ALL. FURTHERMORE, THEY WELL SEND OUT SEVERAL COPIES OF THIS DOCUMENT AT ONE TIME IN AN EFFORT TO INCREASE THE FEES THAT ARE OWED TO THEM BY THE CLIENTS. I HAVE BEEN INSTIGATING THIS MATTER FOR SOME TIME AND HAVE FOUND THE PRACTICES TO BE UN ETHICAL AS THEY SEEM TO PRAY ON MINORITIES. ONE CLIENT I HAVE INTERVIEWED CLAIMED THAT THEY WERE CHARGED A 10,000 RETAINER FEE BY THIS FIRM. 2 MONTHS LATER HE received a letter stating that due to his current citizenship status, they would "no longer be able to offer you legal representation" in addition he was also told that his $10,000 dollar fee would not be refunded. Again, being a "DA" i know this is completely immoral and a sad attempt to prey on small business owners and minorities.
these guys need to stop watching "THE FIRM" , grow up and realize that the law is their to help people, not extort them.
