They just asked for the credit manager and I said she is not in, can I leave a message, said he'd call back. I know it is some sort of solicitation, but trying to figure out from where? Anyone?

We don't have a credit manager at this location.  So, she hung up on me.  She called back and I jotted down the number (213-628-8429).  When I told her we had several businesses, she said she would wait while I give her the number.  I told her that she would have to tell me which business she is interested in contacting; She hung up on me again!

So, I called the number back.  When I did, a recording came on stating that the number I have called has been disconnected.

Just got a call from this guy. Its a collection company specializing in shipping/ transportation debts. He's just drumming up business.
