I never answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. It's best that you will do the same. Six calls within three minutes from that number.

Displays UNKNOWN NAME. Voicemail message identifies as POWER DC--coalition of organizations against District of Columbia merger of Pepco and Exelon power companies. Calls merger BAD DEAL FOR DC. Asks people to phone DC Mayor's office at 202-727-2643 to thank Mayor and City Council for opposing merger. Gives 202-969-1124 to get your number off robocall list. [Didn't call. Don't trust. Furious at robocall intrusion.]

Just received 3 calls in a row. The first call clearly showed 213-622-999 on my caller id. I was able to block that one. The next 2 calls showed V91620255100007 1019. Not able to block because it's not a valid number
