My daughter who is a minor (12 yrs)got call from somone in the LA Twin Towers Jail, after we were able to calm her down and assure her she did nothing wrong I called the number well no one asnwered. So I'm thinkng it is a prank call, a very bad joke to play especally on a minor.

it's not a prank call.
an inmate probably dialed the wrong number cause that is the number that shows up on your phone when someone from TTCF calls.
