I called the 213-612-1899 # back as there was no message.  It was for a non working UPS #.  I had called earlier as UPS stated they delivered a package to me at 6:05 tonight, which could not have happened, as I was outside talking to a neighbor at that time for at least 20 minutes.  The package never arrived..  .

it is ups but they just pretend to call when you have a package that has not been delivered and you call to complain, they don't wait long enough for anyone to answer and they don't leave a messageI

This is UPS Customer counter.  It's a legitimate call.

I picked up my phone and this number showed on caller ID, I was expecting a call from UPS, she said
she was with UPS, I acknowledged it was me and we got cut off. She called again and call was cut off again.
I've tried calling back and it says this is NON-Working #number! (213)612-1899. she left message and said she's call again within the next 15-20 minutes. It's been 1 hour and I do not have my UPS shipment (a paycheck) or a call.
please advise
