This phone number called and left a voice mail on our caller ID, stating: This is the IRS- repeated Internal Revenue Service, Calling to advise you that we are filing suit against you, Please contact us at 213-610-9417. Just out of curiosity, knowing it was a scam, I called it back just to see if anyone would answer, and a male Foreigner answer after about 4 or 5 rings and answers, Stating IRS. Something needs to be done about this before any more elderly people get scammed.

Just out of curiosity, knowing it was a scam, I called it back just to see if anyone would answer, and a male Foreigner answer after about 4 or 5 rings and answers.  I asked why they called and he put me on hold or something where all I heard was music so I hung up.

They keep calling saying they are from the irs and theres a judgement against me fir discrepancies in my tax returns from 2010 to 2015. That number comes up as unavailable.

Unknown caller, no message. Caller id says out of area.  This caller does not respect FTC do-not-call registration.

I got a call from 213-610-9417. They claim to be the IRS which of course there not. You can hear a lot of people in the background. I cursed them out, told them not to call me which I'm sure they will continue to do. IRS does not call people. I'd like to find these SOBs and beat the crap out of them.
