I keep getting calls stating they are from the IRS and a lawsuit has been filed against me and to call back I never responded and I've never had any issues with the IRS so I know this is a scam

I have received phone calls on both my home land line and my cell phone from 213-610-5226 with a recorded message stating the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call immediately.  I have not returned the call and do not intend to - this is a scam.
