My father received call from this number, $6,800.00 they said he owed them!

This number has called three times this morning alone. I called back and a gentleman of Indian descent answered right away; I don't believe the phone even rang on my end! I asked many questions, he said he was from the IRS and his name was David Barker, employee ID#GS47562. He also gave me a case number.  He said there are legal charges against my name and wanted to read me the legal documents. When I asked which name, he hung up...

Left message about law suit against me.  I won't be calling them back. They can send me snail mail if it is that important.
