IRS scam. Apparently the IRS threatens people via robo-calls from Snoop Dogg & Warren G's area code. Ms. Roboto tells you to call back because they are filing a lawsuit against you. Yes, before you ever get any official notice in the mail, as legally required. I may just call back for [***] & giggles, giggles & [***].
