This person called my cell phone stating that they were from Bank of America's legal department. When i told them that I could not make a payment on my account due to the fact that I lost my job (that day, no less) she told me that I "better have the funds in the account by the 31st or all of my funds will be seized". I hung up. She called back 4 TIMES!!! My account is already overdrawn and there are no funds in it. She told me that I shouldnt have opened the account if I didn't have any money. I called back and asked for her name and to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me after refusing to divulge that information. I am calling BOA to find out if they indeed hired this person to call me. Needless to say BOA just lost another customer. I have been with them since 1970.
