Got a call from this number today and when I answered it disconnected and then got a fast busy signal.

They have called numerous times in one day and for several days now. They don't leave a message and when you call the number back you get a recording that states: "I'm sorry your call cannot be completed as dialed"; please check with your operator for assistance.
Why doesn't this phoney government have a "Do call list" instead of a "Do Not Call list".
Why does the civilian have to fade all this crap.
