Received a vm from this number cold not make out what they were saying other than a threat for me to return their call , I am not going to call a non toll free number to discuss anything.

received a phone call , man could barely speak english , but spoke it well enough when i was told i would be arrested tomorrow if i didnt call back this number, which i believe is against the law in rhode island to do this. the name of the company was " the law offices of california" david smith was his name, again , not an american gentleman so im not sure where he conjured up the name

wow david smith huh?  He told me his name was Eric Brown and it was concerning my mothers affairs and he had my name as a reference.  Something is fishy here because if it was the same gentleman, he was definately not american sounding and he used this same number, which is why I googled it.

i have recieved the same phone call that a had gotten from a guy named eric stating the same thing! my daughter did the same as yours and her name came up as a reference but she used her married name instead of maiden but he ended up flipping out saying her full maiden name!! Something is going on i would not recommend responding to any of these phon calls

I just had the same vm but his name was Scott Smith.  He said if I did not call him back all he could do is wish me good luck and God bless.
