This number is being used the same way as 616-777-1919 (search this site and read the posts). They are telling me they are with a company called Tri Star partnered with Visa and Mastercard. Watch out for both numbers, it's a bunch of BS and I believe from reading other posts that they eventually try to get you to give up a credit card number. Don't entertain anything they have to say.

This number shows up on my call display. They have called incessantly - up to six times a day for over a week now. Varying times including late at night. They never leave a message.  Very irritating.
