LA Fraternal Order of Police calling for funds. I've never given them money, and have no association with them, so they shouldn't be calling me. Reported to DNC.

actually they listed themselves when they called me as "Voip" - which is an indication they are calling from outside the country. = scammers

They call me a lot too- usually I am not home, but I see the VOIP caller ID. Today I answered & no one spoke. I called the # back and asked the man to please stop calling me. Here is an article on the topic. http://www.slate.com/articles/life/flatfoot/2002/04/police_badger.html
Ironically they were hacked 2 days ago.

FYI there is no such entity as the Fraternal Order of Los Angeled Police. Their union has a different name.
