John called me on my cell phone and left a message, he was with US Legal Department, and if I didn't return the call I he would file legal complaint against my social security and name in Oklhoma.
I called back and they acted like they didn't even know what I was calling for. John spoke with a foreign accent and I said I couldn't understand him.  He handed the phone to someone else named John.  He started in have you made the payment?  I said I have no idea what you are talking about.  Could I have your address?  236 Mills Dr., Apt 2373, Los Angeles, CA 90003.
He said he was calling about a BGM Payday Loan and I said I don't have a loan with that company and never heard of them.  He said ok and hung up!

I keep getting these calls in regard to fraud. He states he is from US legal Department.  He told me if I didn't return his call, he was going to start legal action against me.  He was foreign and I could not understand a word he was saying.  I told him I had no  ideal what he was talking about, and he said okay and hung up!  How can we stop this kind of harassment?
