I recieved a call today from ths # on my answering machine stated to call them back or I will be in violation of law????

Scammers pretending to be law firm.

I have received numerous calls from this number from a Daniel Peters from the Law Offices of Allen Matkins, threatening me that if I do not pay what I owe them, they will forward all my information to an attorney to take me into court.  Well, I called this number back and spoke with this Daniel Peters.  He's very difficult to understand and is also of an Indian descent.  He was rude and kept repeating my information to me.  It was irritating!?!  In agressive discussion with this person, I asked Mr. Peters to email me an invoice of what loans I applied for online.  He told me he would and I have not recieved anything yet!  Mr. Peters was very aggressive, rude, demanding and when I asked him to stop leaving me threatening messages and those that were a reference for me, he got worse!?!
If this is a SCAM.....they NEED to be placed under some sort of monitory surveillance or caught, stopped and deminished!?!?

Some type of scam telling me my celling number is being used as a reference in some type of fraud activity???

Randy Jones calls constantly for an employee where I work at.  He is REALLY rude and threatens with everything under the sun.  He claims to work for a law firm and that he has to serve papers.  I informed him that our employees can't accept personal phones calls at work and he said that it is business related.  I informed him that it wasn't business related with us.  After him calling about 20 times in a few weeks, most of the are back to back, he finally gave me his name and number.  I stand my ground and don't give in and don't transfer him but it is VERY annoying.
